Event Coverage (Equine, Canine, and Sport)

Whether you're organizing a local schooling show, a competitive canine trial, or a full scale equestrian event, I offer flexible event photography options tailored to your needs.

Booking Requirements

• I ask to be the official photographer for any event I’m hired for. This ensures that I can provide the best service possible to both the organizers and the competitors.
• Event organizers must allow me to display promotional materials and signage at the venue so participants know where to find their photos.
• Galleries are typically posted within 10-15 days of the event (unless otherwise noted) and remain online for convenient browsing and purchasing for up to a year after the event.

Large Events

For larger events, or any event where I can reasonably expect sales from entrants- I often waive the hosting/travel fee. Instead, I work directly with participants, offering them access to online galleries where they can purchase digital images, prints, or photo products.

In some cases, a small event host fee may still apply depending on logistics and exclusivity.

Flat-Rate Options

I also provide flat-rate coverage packages where the event host pays a set fee and competitors receive free digital downloads. This is a great way to add value to your event and streamline the experience for your participants. Coverage is based on distance, hours worked, and number of unique confirmed entries. This is often a popular option for smaller clubs.
